SBC HR exists to provide Human Resources services and legal advice on a project or outsourced basis to a variety of businesses across the UK.

Whether you are a small to medium sized organisation looking for a one off project or a fully outsourced service or you are part of a larger organisation wishing to outsource part of your function, give us a call and we would like to meet with you.

How we work

As a leading provider of outsourced HR solutions we only employ HR professionals and administration staff. Our aim is to provide a range of flexible and practical HR services specifically tailored to meet the needs of each client company.

Our team consists of experienced HR Directors, HR Managers, HR Officers, and HR Administrators. As a client you will be provided with a named HR professional or team of professionals who will work with you throughout the course of your contract. We aim to become extended members of your team and work in a flexible, efficient manner meeting the needs of your business.

Our experience has been gained within a variety of sectors including: Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, FMCG, Hospitality Public Sector, Retail, and Business Services.

We are not a virtual HR team, nor do we believe in a call centre approach, we offer a personal approach and therefore believe in order to support your business we need to understand your business goals, strategy, and culture.
