You can protect your business from Employment Tribunal claims by including our legal expenses insurance policy as part of your HR service package.

We have negotiated this policy to get the best value for monry there is. The policy is available to all our clients and it is available for businesses and organisations with up to 250 employees. As an example, a business with a turnover of £1Million cand a good record can obtain this cover for just £65:00. Beat that!

The policy includes defence costs of legal proceedings arising from:

• Employment disputes and awards (at an Employment Tribunal);
• Health and safety prosecutions;
• Tax enquiries and disputes;
• Criminal prosecutions;
• Jury service;
• Property disputes;
• Debt recovery.

The employment disputes and awards cover is up to £100,000 per claim, (up to £500,000 per year).
Tribunal representation will be arranged if required.

The last decade or so has seen massive increases in both employee rights and awareness by staff of those rights, illustrated by the number of claims made at Employment Tribunals.

Maximum compensation awards in unfair dismissal cases can be more than £76,000, with no limit at all in discrimination cases.
