* When the new system is agreed we will work with you to effectively implement the revised Appraisal process, and this would usually include providing training to all Appraisers.

* We believe that it is important to provide the skills and knowledge to all staff in order to get the most from an appraisal system, therefore we would design and develop a training workshop for all Appraisees.

* We will develop all materials on your behalf, including Performance Appraisal Forms, Self Appraisal Forms (if appropriate), Appraisers Guide Book and Appraisees Guide .
